READ ME
This form has no actual user input fields and only serves as a splash page for interested program applicants. This is connected to a FA Workflow.

To Student Energy staff: DO NOT USE "Display from" and "Display until" under Processing. To open and/or close this form, please use the SECT Cohort 5 record's Application End Date field in Salesforce.

When configured correctly, Access and Form Status question toggles access to the form. Value is no by default, and can be wired to toggle to yes through a Salesforce pre-fill connector or through a URL parameter "tfa_xxx=tfa_yyy".

Form Status is dependent on the "Applications" field on the Program Cohort object on Salesforce. Setting this to Applications Open will open the form, unless a Due Date in FormAssembly is set. To make changes to this configuration, check the Salesforce Prefill connector under "Connectors" on this form.

Current conditions to access the form: Access = Yes OR Applications Open = Yes

Tips for a Successful Application

  1. Highlight your lived experiences. Lived experience refers to the knowledge and understanding you gain from your own life journey and the situations you've personally encountered.
  2. Write your own application. The application form is intended to get to know YOU and your unique motivations for applying. Avoid using AI-generated content; it can feel generic and will not capture your individuality.
  3. Focus on your dedication to the program. Clearly articulate your enthusiasm for sustainable energy and your willingness to invest time and effort in the program.
  4. Take your time. There's no benefit to submitting your application early. Focus on crafting a strong application that showcases your best self. Remember that you can only submit one application.

Notice on the use of AI
Using generative AI may affect the authenticity of your application and will negatively impact your chances of getting accepted.
