Student Energy’s Mentorship Project connects mentors with youth participating in Student Energy’s Programs. This initiative is designed to provide a flexible and impactful mentorship experience, tailored to align mentors’ availability, and expertise with mentor requests submitted by our program participants.

To accommodate varying levels of commitment, we offer three tiers of engagement to ensure that each mentorship pairing supports the needs of both mentors and mentees. As a mentor, you will have the opportunity to guide youth on energy and climate-related projects, career development goals, or both.

By registering through this form, you will be added to the Student Energy Mentorship Database as an active mentor for the 2025 cohort. This mentorship agreement will remain active between January 1, 2025 until December 31, 2025.

We will contact you again in December 2025 to allow you to express your interest for continuing as a mentor for 2026.

The purpose of this form is to confirm your participation as a mentor for the Student Energy’s Mentorship Project. By submitting this form, you will be added to our mentorship database, enabling us to match you with mentees based on shared interests, goals, and expertise. This form helps us gather essential information to create effective mentorship pairings that empower youth and foster professional growth for all participants. By clicking on Begin Registration below, you will be asked to complete your mentor profile and answer a series of questions that will finalise your registration as a mentor.
