📚 Eligibility

To be considered for a wage subsidy through the Green Jobs program, an employer must be able to:

  • Offer at minimum 25% of the total salary for this position;
  • Legally hire employees in Canada;
  • Submit monthly financial reporting on the wages paid; and
  • Offer a new, full-time, high-quality role in the Green Economy to youth (aged 18-30) for a duration of at least 6 months
