The goal of this Application Form is for us to get to know you, why you are interested in attending, where you would be traveling from to get to SES 2023, and how you plan to get there, should you be selected to attend.
This application process has two stages: (1) the initial application to be invited as a delegate, and (2) the final registration once you have been invited to attend. (Bursary application is separate)
To apply for the Summit you will need to be a student, early professional who was recently a student, or a young person interested in the energy transition between the ages of 18-30.
Applicants who are successful in this initial application phase will be contacted through the email provided in this form in batches. Applications are reviewed continuously, and invitations will be sent out on a rolling basis.
Further information will need to be collected from you in the final registration phase before you are formally registered and accepted to attend the 2023 Student Energy Summit. Successful applicants will be invited to register for the Summit using a personalized code to access the final registration form. It will be in that form that you will make note of any practical details (diet requirements, assistance needs, etc) so that the organizers can best accommodate you at SES 2023. You will also have the option to pay for any registration fees at that time. More information on this will be provided in due time.
